Coaching: Effective Business Partner Management in Enterprises

Corruption prevention gains increasingly in importance as national
and international laws become more relevant for small and medium-sized
companies.
Partner compliance facilitates the
businesses' success since business and private clients gradually put
emphasis on "clean" products. Compliance criteria that stakeholders in
the private sector mutually demand, considerably go beyond legal
requirements. In collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry
Hannover, the
German Global Compact Network and the German Institute for
Compliance organise a coaching on business partner management.
Goal
The
coaching aims to inform participants on business partner compliance in
practice and convey effective measures for checking third parties by
concrete examples.
