Regional Meeting of the "De Empresas para Empresas" (DEPE) Trainers

On the November 11, 2015 trainers of the Alliance for Integrity’s capacity building programme ‘De empresas para empresas’ (DEPE) had the opportunity to meet and discuss the programme, which has successfully offered compliance training in the Mercosur region and Colombia. The day begun with inputs by Mark Pieth, from the Basel Institute on Governance, who delivered the key note speech on the importance of credibility when developing compliance systems.

He was followed by Marlos Correa da Costa Gomes, from Sistema FIRJAN, who spoke on different aspects of the Brazilian anticorruption law. Lastly, Guillermo Jorge, from the University of San Andres, presented a case study illustrating a proposal for a collective solution dealing with systematic corruption.
