8th Regional Integrity Week of the Alliance for Integrity in Latin America

Lauching the regional activities of the Alliance for Integrity and its partners in Peru, through the Building Governance with Integrity Project of the German development cooperation, implemented by GIZ, this edition of the Regional Business Integrity Week in Latin America of the Alliance for Integrity: "Integrity, transparency and participation: alliances to strengthen trust in Latin America", bringing together lessons learned and experiences acquired after seven editions of this same event. 

When?

The event will take place on October 24, 25 and 26, 2023, in the city of Lima, Peru.

The main objectives of this edition are:

Understanding: To understand the available evidence, the realities in the region and to raise awareness on lessons learned in trust building among different stakeholders;

Share: Generate a better understanding of the needs and concerns of the different parties operating in the business environment to share progress, challenges and achievements of the various initiatives;

Build: To think of joint solutions to build trust among stakeholders from different sectors in the fight against corruption. 

Who should attend?

The Regional Integrity Week in Latin America seeks to bring together all the continent's most relevant stakeholders from the private sector, public sector, civil society, academia and international institutions for the development of a regional exchange of knowledge, experiences and best pratices. Participation will be of interest to companies of all sizes, particularly CEOs, compliance directors and executives who are responsible for broader business integrity issues.

The conference will also be of revelance to experts working in the field of anti-corruption in governments, civil society, development agencies, international organizations and academia. 

Structure

Sessions may take the formats of seminar, panel discussion, workshop, panel exchange, public-private dialogue and interviews. Sessions will be face-to-face and virtual, taking into account that some face-to-face events in Peru will be transmitted online.
