Role of Compliance within the Gender Strategy of the Company

The first session of the "Integrity and Gender" Spanish Dialogue Series was held on 27 August 2020 and sought to introduce the topic through the exchange of statistics, studies, good practices and existing information on the link between gender and integrity.

Then, on 22 September 2020, we held the second session on the topic of sextortion, which focused on the differentiated impact of corruption on women in business, delving into the phenomenon of sextortion.

This third session of the "Integrity and Gender" Series will focus on the Role of Compliance within the Gender Strategy of the Company, highlighting the challenges that compliance professionals face when working with processes related to gender violence and how their work is a fundamental part of the gender strategy in the company.

The session will present the perspectives of different specialists from Latin America on the subject, who will share good practices and provide a space for exchange with the audience.
