"The Barometer of Compliance in Latin-America" in the Conference of Law and Compliance in Latin-America

On February 15, Carolina Echevarria, coordinator of the training programme “De empresas para empresas” (DEPE) from Alliance for Integrity took part in the panel “El barómeto de Compliance de América Latina” as speaker in the Siemens Conference of Law and Compliance in Latin-America which took place in Lima, Peru. Dr. José Carlos Ugaz, president of Transparency Internacional, and Eduardo Longo, Compliance Officer at Andrade Gutierrez, took part in the panel as well. Carolina shared the experience of Alliance for Integrity in the region underlining the importance of collective action as a key-tool to improve transparency in the region. The participation of compliance officers of Siemens serving as DEPE trainers in Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, México, Paraguay and Uruguay was particularly outstanding.
