The Professional Board of Economic Sciences of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires offered its headquarters for a new session of “De Empresas para Empresas” (DEPE) for companies and consultants.
The event was opened by Carolina Echevarria, AHK Argentina, who offered a welcoming speech and encouraged the participants to continue promoting Collective Action policies for the different stakeholders within the economic system.
A team of three DEPE-trainers held the session: Débora Dansker,LATAM Compliance Supervisor, Sandoz S.A., Daniel Mora, Regional Legal Counsel, Level 3 Communications, and Ignacio Salguero,General Counsel Argentina, Chubb.
The trainers offered an insight into basic concepts on corruption, typologies and so-called “grey zones”. The event was mainly centred on internal, external and collective measures to prevent corruption in the private sector.
Following the international standards of DEPE, the participants seized the opportunity to exchange ideas on how to prevent corruption across their business operations. They also jointly exchanged their experience in the field of compliance.
The training was co-organised in cooperation with the German-Argentinean Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK Argentina), the Academic and Knowledge Board (DAC), the Global Compact Network Argentina and the hosting institution.
