Workshop on “Practical Ethics and Anti-Corruption”

On September 16, 2014, the Alliance for Integrity, India held a workshop on Practical Ethics and Anti-Corruption in New Delhi. It covered topics such as national and international regulations, incentive framework for countering corruption and requirements of establishing a sustainable anti-corruption ethics and compliance programme within a company.

The sessions were conducted by Sven Biermann, Director of Anti-Corruption Projects at the Humboldt-Viadrina School of Governance, Berlin and Dr Bimal Arora, Chief Executive Officer, Centre for Responsible Business (CRB), New Delhi. A group of fifteen mid and senior level professionals dealing in compliance, procurement, legal and government-relations functions in their respective Indian or international companies participated in the workshop.
