As follow-up to the Train-the-Trainer Workshop in Bandung in August, the Alliance for Integrity in cooperation with the National Entrepreneurs Network (JAPNAS) Chapter Bandung, held a compliance training for staffs in charge for compliance and human resource issues from nine companies at the office of Panin Dubai Syariah Bank Bandung Branch, a member company of JAPNAS. Nine staff members were introduced to the content of the “Dari Usaha ke Usaha -DUKU” compliance training programme and particular sensitised on internal measures to prevent corruption, including six steps to establish an internal anti-corruption programme and to the risk assessment process.
The training was delivered by Nunki Juniarti, Managing Director PT Aria Prima Communiline and facilitated by Faiza Hasan and Barliana Amin of the Alliance for Integrity. After the training session, the Alliance for Integrity also used the opportunity to introduce the participants to the Indonesian version of the “No eXcuses Guide” as practical guidance for companies to understand corrupt behavior within a company or alongside their supply chain and possible counter measures to cope with those problems.
