Accra, Ghana

The Capacity Building Working Group of the Alliance for Integrity has met in Ghana to continue the adaptation of the proposed Compliance Training for State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) in the country. The Working Group meeting also afforded representatives of the State Enterprises Commission and SOEs the opportunity to give practical input on the anti-corruption training needs of SOEs.

The adaptation is expected to capture both practical knowledge and relevant tools to instill compliance in SOEs. The process will cover the adaptation of practical cases as well compliance risks and preventive measures for SOEs. After the final adaptation, a Train-the-trainer Workshop and first session of Compliance Training for SOEs will be organised.

Participants also explored modalities of measuring impact in the businesses that take part in the Compliance Training for Businesses.
