Webinar: Integrity in the Health Sector in Times of Crisis

Corruption is a major obstacle to the economic and social development of a sustainable business environment. In times of crisis characterised by unpredictability, urgency, health threats and the need to establish a new organisational structure, the risks of corruption are revealed in a broad dimension.

Companies of all sizes are affected by the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. The challenges they face are manifold. These include the shortage of suppliers, market volatility and a lack of transparency. The survival of companies in the healthcare sector depends on how quickly they can adapt to the disruptions caused by the current situation, maintain business continuity and take care of employees, property and business assets.

In this session, compliance experts from the healthcare sector will discuss the key challenges that companies are currently facing in terms of business integrity. Among other relevant topics, they will present measures and good practices that address how to respond to the need to set up fast processes.

The event will take 60 minutes and will be held on Friday, 24 July 2020, 10:00-11:00 (GMT-3), in Portuguese language.
