Essay writing competition: Observing Vigilance Awareness Week, 2021

What?

Standing committed to the fight against corruption and enhancing transparency and integrity in across the sectors, UN Global Compact Network India, Alliance for Integrity and Partnership for Transparency, in line with the CVC’s Vigilance Week 2021, are jointly organizing an Essay Competition for the Business Management students from across India on 28 October 2021. The theme of the Essay Competition is… 

“Business Integrity & Acceleration-Role of Businesses”

We invite students pursuing the master’s in business administration to sign up before submiting their entries. The students are expected to present their views on the topic and how they think that the business community can support self-reliance with Integrity in socio-economic context. 

The entries will be evaluated by a jury of experts having exemplary contribution and experience in the field of Business Integrity.

Who?

The students enrolled in Business Administration and stream of Law, with any of the universities/institutions in India can participate in the competition

How?

  • Language – The Essay Will be in English
  • Word limit – Not more than 1500 words, Font – Arial (11, without space),
  • Plagiarism – The author has to give a self-declaration to the effect that the content of the essay is not plagarised and has been duly referenced with the original work wherever required. Plagiarism will be a ground for disqualification and the concerned University/Institution will be informed accordingly.

Where?

Send the final essay along with the name of the author, name of the university, batch at afin-india@giz.de. Along with it share the self-declaration on plagiarism.  

When?

Last date to send the article is October 28, 2021, 12:00 hrs. India time

Why?

The essay of the winner will be published in the newsletters and Journals of the Alliance for Integrity, PTF and GCNI and will be awarded a goodie bag.
