Maintaining integrity, both personal and corporate, in a pandemic is no doubt double edged for businesses. Leaders now more than ever face the test of driving a workforce to sustain productivity and remain profitable without compromise on transparency and established systems of compliance. Women’s leadership at all levels must be at the core of the response to the pandemic to prevent a roll back on women’s rights. The call is now to support collective action of women, particularly grassroots groups, and stand in solidarity with, and encourage the next generation of leaders.
In line with this, the Alliance for Integrity in collaboration with the National Board for Small Scale Industries and the Registrar General’s Department presents the third Women for Integrity Series (WISe) on the theme “Women Maintaining Integrity in Challenging Times”. This series brings together women across all spheres, from academia, business and public service to share and discuss on the need to uphold integrity in challenging times.
